I thought I would put this together to better explain what I feel still needs to be done, and my recommendations. Also why the added expense.

I know we wanted to drop it down to $750 but there is still a lot of hours to put in to keep the Momentum going.

I feel bad for Julie, this stuff takes years and years to learn and grasp so I feel bad throwing all these terms at her because its a lot to understand.

Here are Biggest Issues:

First Awesome news 🙂 Last Month There were Zero keyword rankings, Right Now we moved into the MAPS with 2 Keywords BUT…. At the very bottom of the Results.

You should be Raking in the Top 3 of Google MAPS:

I need to do a More Comprehensive Round of Keyword Research. Thorough research to identify industry-specific keywords local prospect use to find your services. Localized search terms to capture users at the point of decision-making.

I want to start getting you ranking for keywords like:

Contractors near me
Construction companies near me
Local contractors
Remodeling companies near me
Renovation companies near me
Bathroom remodeling
Kitchen remodeling
Etc…. Etc… Etc…….

IMPORTANT –> We Need a Lot More Local Citations

As well as:

Link Building:

Acquiring high-quality backlinks from reputable and relevant websites in your industry.
Guest posting on authoritative blogs and websites to earn backlinks.
Internal linking within your website to improve navigation and user experience.

Social Bookmarking:

Submit your MAPS Listing to social bookmarking websites to increase visibility, increase Rankings, and drive traffic

A Review System Set Up For Google and Your New Website.

We won’t be able to beat out the competition without Reviews. A lot of the Local Competition uses this to their benefit.

I can’t recommend this enough… So Important for Social Proof.

With all this in place your phone will 110% be ringing 🙂

There are a couple of options:

We keep the momentum going full blast for another month at $1450 Get those rankings set up to enter into the Maps
We stay at the $750. My time would limited on what I can spend per week on this. It will just prolong the process (MAPS and SEO are really a 3-6 month event… It’s crazy, I know ugh…

I know I mentioned originally that SEO MAPS takes 3 to 6 Months to even start moving so we made good headway – it definitely a process and a necessary evil.
